Q1: My package has missing products. What can I do?
A: Please contact our support team and we will confirm your order with the package contents. We apologize for any inconveniences.
Q2: How to confirm the payment?
A: We accept payment by T/T, PayPal, Western Union, the other payment ways also could be accepted. Please contact us before you pay by the other payment ways. Also 30-50% deposit is available, the balance payment should be paid before shipping.
Q3: Is there a MOQ for your motors?
A: Yes. The MOQ is 100 pcs for different models after sample approval. But it's also okay for us to accept smaller lots like a few dozens, hundreds after sample approval.
Q4: Could you send me a price list?
A: For all of our motors, they are customized based on different requirements like lifetime, noise, voltage, and shaft etc. The price also varies according to annual quantity. So it's really difficult for us to provide a price list. If you can share your detailed requirements and annual quantity, we'll see what offer we can provide.
Q5: Is it possible for you to develop new motors if we provide the mold cost?
A: Yes. Please kindly share the detailed requirements like performance, size, annual quantity, target price etc. Then we'll make our evaluation to see if we can arrange or not .
